Pricing & Shipping

Pricing Policy:

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) as of 1^st February 2012.

Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers.

We reserve the right to change our prices and/or withdraw from sale any item listed on our site or in store without notice.

We know setting up your nursery can be expensive and that you may find a product cheaper else where, thus we have developed a Price Matching policy to ensure we give you a great deal. 

Price Matching Conditions: 

1. Sales Catalogue must be current and available for us to view
2. Items must be in stock 
3. We do not match liquidations, auctions sites and discontinued items
4. Product in question must be identical (same model and colour)
5. All price matching includes freight/delivery charges
6. Verbal quotes are not accepted - we are happy to consider written quotes or advertised pricing only and we reserve the right to verify the quote
7. No further loyalty discounts apply to items being price matched
8. Product must be brand new in the box (we will not price match display/floor stock)
9. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other Babyography promotion and/or offer
10. We will not price match online only retailers
11. We reserve the right, not to price match a product if the advertised price does not cover the cost of the product in question. We will however try to be as competitive as possible in order to come to a fair price for both the customer and our store
12. Price Matching is available in store only - please call us and we will gladly look into it, if you live outside the area
13. When Price Matching other stores they must be within a reasonable distance i.e. 15km radius of Babyography Warringah Mall, Brookvale

Shipping and Delivery Policy:

Once your order is confirmed you can elect to pick up your goods from our store at Warringah Mall.

We deliver products Australia wide using Fastway Couriers, Australia Post or as required other transport providers.Some providers do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please check with us first, if you have a PO Box delivery.
 

Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, and exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Check the online calculator for your shipping costs.

For some larger and/or heavier items prices are estimates only, so please confirm any shipping costs by calling our Warringah Mall.

We reserve the right to change delivery contractors without notice as dictated by availability.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days (subject to stock availability) and shipping times are estimated at between 2-5 business days depending on your location within Australia.

You will be able to track your goods via a tracking number provided at time of sale confirmation. Babyography ships goods Australia wide however at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website, please contact us on +61 2 9939 3955 or sales@babyography.net.au to enquire about a special order.

If a product is out of stock we will keep you informed by phone or email. Some furniture orders can take up to 12 weeks or more, so order early to avoid disappointment; we will of course keep you informed should your order be delayed for any reason. Factors outside of our control may effect the above quoted delivery times.

Delivery charges are NOT refundable.

Coupons:

All coupons offered by Babyography are subject to change and expiry without notice. Items on sale will not be discounted further by coupons that give a percentage discount.
