Our Commitment:

At Babyography, we are committed to providing exceptional and friendly customer service. We choose our product range carefully with Mums in mind and endeavor to make your shopping experience pleasurable and hassle free.

 

We do our best to make sure that products listed on our website are in stock (however we cannot guarantee this at all times) and that pricing is true and correct. If for any reason you are unsure about a product, wish to check availability or, the stated price please call us to confirm.

 

Delivery: We endeavour to dispatch your order within 48hrs of receiving the order and standard delivery times are between 2 – 4 working days. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 1 business day to arrange an agreeable alternative item, back order or full refund at your discretion.

Pick Up: All customers who order via the website are most welcome to pick up their order in store thus saving on delivery fees. Please call us at the time of ordering to inform us if you wish to pick up, so that we can arrange to have the goods ready for you.  

 

Babyography Refund and Exchange Policy:

Choosing baby goods can be a grueling decision; at Babyography we will endeavour to work towards a successful resolution for both parties when issues arise. For your peace of mind please see our policies for refunds and exchanges below:

Refund Policy:

Babyography does not refund if you simply change your mind; however if an item delivered is faulty, Babyography will attempt to repair and/or replace the faulty item before offering a credit note or refund of the purchase price.  

Customers must produce a proof of purchase when requesting a refund otherwise the decision to give you a refund, credit note, or exchange is at the discretion of Babyography.

You may be entitled to a credit, exchange or refund less postage where goods described are significantly different is the wrong item all together or does not perform as advertised or where otherwise required by law.

Please note: if items are faulty or damaged in any way you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery of goods.

All products have a manufactures warranty and they and Babyography reserve the right to inspect and assess any such proclaimed fault or damage and ask for proof of purchase. We may need to send your product away to the manufacturer for them to assess the product in question and determine whether you are entitled to have it repaired, exchanged or refunded. This is at the manufactures discretion and not Babyography (i.e. Babyography will not refund you if the manufacturer chooses to repair or exchange the product). If the manufacturer has attempted to repair and/or exchange the product but it is still not in complete working order then you will be entitled to a refund of the full purchase price less postage.

Note that your warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear or improper care of the product. If your product in question is not covered by warranty then you will be required to pay for the postage/freight charges incurred in returning/sending  the goods to be assess or repaired. Also if it  is outside the warranty period but you still wish to have it assessed or repaired additional charges may apply.

Exchange Policy:

If you do change your mind in regards to a purchase, you may notify us within 2 weeks and as long as you have proof of purchase and the item is in resalable condition, that being in original packaging, tags attached and not used, we will gladly offer you an exchange or credit note for the purchase price less postage (if you purchased online).

If you do not have proof of purchase, Babyography at our discretion can opt to exchange or give a credit note if the item is in re-saleable condition as stated above.

Note that we do not offer exchanges or refunds on special order items (i.e. any items we do not usually carry in store and have placed the order on your behalf), display stock or clearance lines.
